Mexican designer Luis Corrales and his brand NOLO MX showcased their latest kidswear collection, “KIDDOS VOL. 2”. Featuring bright colours and attention-grabbing patterns, this was a fun collection for toddlers to teens. The garments are relaxed and casual in aggy loungewear silhouettes. Models wore long hoodies, tees and sweats. Corrales also featured some interesting denim pieces, including a classic jean jacket with hanging gold chains and a purple camouflage set. Bright pinks, reds, pastel blues and mustard yellows were all used, creating a rainbow of clothing on the runway.

Sanjukta’s Studio presented her latest collection, “Alphool”, meaning delicate in Assamese. Created by designer Sanjukta Dutta in 2014, this brand is focussed on promoting traditional Indian handloom artisanry. Her garments can take up to a month to create due to the intricate designs and variety of motifs. “Alphool” featured twelve gorgeous womenswear looks. They came in an array of luxurious blue tones, accented with bronze and silver. Dutta also featured a variety of silhouettes, from tailored pants to dramatically oversized sleeves on a blouse. One of the standout pieces was a stunning royal blue sheer top with a massive fabric flower on the front.

South Korean brand Fromwhere was created by Young-Eun Lee in 2020. Her most recent collection, entitled “Coexistence and Confrontation”, was inspired by the COVID-19 pandemic. The comfortable material and wearable silhouettes were Lee’s triumphant take on using fashion to offset the discomfort caused by quarantine. Oversized suits, loungewear sets and puffer jackets were emblazoned with the logo in their signature Fromwhere style. The collection came in tranquil muted tones of cream, gray, black, white and purple. Models wearing her timeless garments were perfectly styled to strut down the runway with leather bags and black boots.
